Terms of Use

This page explains the terms of use for The Pop Directory (“TPD”). You must agree to these in order to use TPD.

We may change these terms from time to time, and the “last updated” at the bottom of this page will also change. Any changes to these terms will apply to you immediately.

Using TPD

You agree to use TPD only for lawful purposes. You must only use it in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of TPD by anyone else.

We may update TPD at any time, and can change or remove content without notice. We also have the right to remove your account at any time, if we believe you are breaking these terms.

Linking to TPD

We welcome and encourage other websites to link to TPD, or to take and share screenshots of TPD, for personal use only. You must, however, contact us for express permission if you want to link to TPD on a professional website, or to say that you are associated with or endorsed by TPD.

Linking from TPD

TPD includes links to other websites, for example, eBay.

We do not have control over these websites, and as such are not responsible for the protection of any data you give to these websites, or any loss or damage that may come from your use of these websites, or any other website they link to.

You should read all terms and conditions, privacy policies and end user licences that relate to these websites before you use them.

Requests to remove content

You can ask for content to be removed from TPD, and we will do so in order to comply with data protection legislation, or if it breaches copyright laws.

Contact us to ask for content to be removed. You will need to explain what the content is, and why you think it should be removed. We will reply to let you know if we’ll remove it.

Disclaimer

TPD does not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties to the information that TPD provides. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may come to you from using TPD.
